Integrating your point of sale software with Drawbridge enables full functionality of the guest view hosting page.

Guest view consolidates all of the following information to a single view:

  • When the next game is scheduled for each room and time until that game will start, if customers have checked in, and if there is a balance due. This list is sorted with the next game at the top.

  • Which rooms are active and if customers are ahead, behind, or need help, sorted with the game closest to finishing at the top.

  • Rooms that have ended and need a debrief by the game host, with a link to that group’s photo page where you can take their picture.

  • Rooms that need a reset and the time until the next game is scheduled to start, sorted with the game with the closest start time at the top.

  • Idle games that are not currently running.
