What it does

The quarterly staff benchmark report describes what percentile each of your employees lands in when compared to all other employees across the network.

The report compiles the following metrics to compare against the venue median and the overall median:

  • Average hint response time

  • True escape rate

  • Players per review

  • Players per rebooking

The report also lists:

  • Total hours worked

  • Number of games hosted

  • Number of games gamemastered

  • Number of review mentions

  • Number of rebookings

  • Number of daily tasks completed

  • Number of resets completed
