I ran some games yesterday that aren’t showing up in my Daily Report, why?

Usually, this occurs when booked games are not claimed or run properly in Drawbridge. Metabase displays data pulled from games run through your venue’s Drawbridge. Bookings that exist in Resova, Bookeo, etc. will not be reported unless they are attached to a Drawbridge session (claimed and started in Drawbridge).

How do I access Drawbridge remotely?

To access Drawbridge from anywhere, you’ll need to use a VPN and a different URL than you use in the venue. More info about this can be found here.
