If you have concerns about allowing parents to hold onto a device with access to Drawbridge, here’s how we ensure that the system remains secure.

Drawbridge operates entirely on your internal network infrastructure. This means the system is only accessible to devices connected to your local network. External users cannot access Drawbridge screens from their personal devices unless they have authorized VPN access to your network.

For parent observation, we recommend using dedicated iPads configured in Kiosk Mode, which includes:

• Restricted access to only the observation screen, with no controls on the screen

• No ability to navigate to other applications or websites

• Disabled browser navigation and URL editing

• Volume and system settings locked

• No access to device settings or other apps
