Integrating Drawbridge with your Google business account will make it easier to respond to reviews as well as count employee mentions in reviews. Because you will leverage our existing API with Google, there are no Google fees to enable this feature.
Prerequisites
Google Business account login information
Installation
You will need to invite our service account (drawbridge-escapology-reviews@fluent-drummer-425503-a9.iam.gserviceaccount.com) to have access to your business profile following these instructions. Next, go to your business profile settings. Click on Advanced Settings, and copy your Business Profile ID into Drawbridge's settings page. Configure the prompt for how responses should be generated as you see fit. Click the slider to enable Google integration and press save.
Once you have saved, scroll down to view a list of your employees and input alternate spellings for common misspellings of employee names. This ensures that reviews are correctly attributed to employees, even when their names are misspelled by customers, which will provide more accurate reporting.
Configuration
Once enabled, go to the side menu and select Reviews. All reviews without responses will appear on the left. On the right is a ChatGPT generated response to this review. You can edit this response and when you are satisfied press Reply. It will be posted to your Google page. New reviews will show up within 6 hours of being posted online. You can also elect to skip responding to specific reviews and they will be removed from the list. If you are unsatisfied with the ChatGPT generated responses, feel free to edit the instructions prompt in the settings page.
With Google integrated, you have access to an Employee Bonus scorecard in Reports that uses the list of employee nicknames (or first names if nickname is blank) in your timekeeping software, and searches for a match on any of those names in the text of any 5 star Google review within a date range you specify. The output of the report is the total number of matches per employee. Note that Employee name spelling must be exact to count in that total.
